Bausch + Lomb Artelac Allergy Eye Drops 10ml is an isotonic solution made with Ectoin, a natural, cell-protective molecule with inflammation-reducing and membrane-stabilising properties. Relieves red, watery, and itchy eyes, and also provides supportive treatment for allergic conjunctivitis.

Combining good efficacy in supportive treatment and prevention of symptoms of Allergic Conjunctivitis as well as long-lasting relief of irritated eyes and is suitable for the whole family.

Ectoin surrounds itself as well as neighbouring cell membranes with a water layer named the “Ectoin Hydro Complex”. This film strengthens and stabilises the lipid layer on the ocular surface and is able to protect human epithelial cells from harmful allergens thus limiting the inflammatory response typically induced by stress mediators.

For extra relief, Artelac Allergy includes a high concentration (0,24 %) of Hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is a naturally occurring lubricant that supports the aqueous layer of the tear film and provides instant and long-lasting relief for irritated and sensitive conjunctivas.
