These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY
Our policy is strictly 14 calendar days from date of purchase. If 14 calendar days have elapsed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund unless there is a defect or fault in the product supplied, in which case the return shall be dealt with in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Due to the nature of the products, there is no Exchange Policy and you will not be able to exchange one item for another.
To be eligible for a return of an item which is not defective or faulty, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it ie. in the original packaging still sealed with product insert intact, the product itself must also still be sealed.
There will not be a refund of delivery cost.
Several types of Goods are exempt from being returned, enquire with our CSD first at info@clickforwellness.com before returning any product.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift Cards
- Certain Health, Wellness, Beauty & Personal Care Products.
Please do not send your purchase back to the Manufacturer as this will void any obligation we may have to you to replace or refund the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which would be required to be forwarded to us by email at info@clickforwellness.com.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,within a certain amount of days.
APPROVED REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your Credit Card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unless the item is defective or faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
On returning your shipment the onus is on you to select a reputable shipping service with trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the case of loss or damage.
Further to this, if delivery is made of your items and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working or is unanswered and results in the shipment been returned to Click for Wellness – you will be liable for shipping costs due to non-delivery.

Standard Delivery is FREE for orders totaling R500.00 (excluding VAT) or more.
All deliveries under R500.00 (excluding VAT) will attract a nominal delivery Fee of R97.25 for Major Centres & R150.00 for outlying regional areas.

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Competition’s are managed by Click for Wellness South Africa and in accordance with local legislation.
To enter, applicants need:
- To be 18 years or older at time of participating in the competition.
- To be a South African resident.
- To subscribe, tag, like, share, write a review of the product on the product page on www.clickforwellness.com.
- Competition’s on the Click for Wellness Website run from the first to the last day of the month, ending at 23h59 on the last day of the month.
- Reviews need to be posted on www.clickforwellness.com, via the Write A Review Link located on the product page, to qualify as an entry.
- Each individual product review counts as one automatic entry. Only one review per product is permitted.
Winner’s Selection
- Winners will be chosen via random selection.
- Winners will be selected by Click for Wellness South Africa, and will be contacted directly.
- There will be 1 (One) winner chosen per Competition.
- Winners will be contacted directly by Click for Wellness.
- Winners may be requested to contact Click for Wellness South Africa via email at info@clickforwellness.co.za, providing their full contact details as well as a physical delivery address where the prize can be delivered.
- If the physical address provided is incorrect, or if a prize cannot be delivered due to unavailability/ inaccessibility at delivery address, the prize will be forfeited and returned to Click for Wellness South Africa.
- Previous Winners of Click for Wellness competitions are unfortunately not eligible to win a competition again within the same 12 month period.
- All Costs incurred remain the responsibility of the winner, and Click for Wellness SA takes no responsibility in this regard.
Competition Prize
- Each winner will receive only 1 (One) prize.
- The contents of the prize is up to the discretion of Click for Wellness, South Africa.
- The prize cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- The prize is not transferable, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
- Prizes cannot be re-sold for financial gain.

Payment :
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and it’s service providers.
